Shipping policy
Made to order
Every LilJit 3D shelf is 3D printed after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf in a warehouse — your order goes into the print queue when it comes in.
Production time
Orders are printed and packed within 2–4 business days. Larger orders (3-Pack and 6-Pack) may take toward the longer end of that range. You'll get a tracking email the moment your package ships.
Transit time
We ship from Howard, Kansas via USPS.
- Standard — $8.00 (free on orders over $70): typically 3–5 business days in transit
- Express — $15.00: typically 1–3 business days in transit
Total delivery time is production time plus transit time. A standard order placed Monday typically arrives the following week.
Order changes
Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters the print queue. Email nolan@liljit3d.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is handed to USPS, delivery timing is out of our hands. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll help track it down or reprint your order.
