Refund policy

30-day returns

If your shelf isn't right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

To start a return, email nolan@liljit3d.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or defective items

If your shelf arrives broken, warped, or with a print defect, we'll replace it free — no return needed. Email nolan@liljit3d.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

A note on 3D printing

Each piece is printed individually, so slight variation in layer lines, seam placement, and surface texture is normal and is not considered a defect. These are characteristics of the manufacturing process, not flaws.

Wrong item or missing pieces

If something's missing from your order or you received the wrong item, email us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
